1. After receiving your initial inquiry, getting to know your design needs, and answering any questions you may have. I’ll send a quote for your review. Once everything is approved by you, I will then send a contract for you to sign and an invoice for a deposit.

2. Once the contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid, I will send you a link to a questionnaire, I’ll put together an 'inspiration board' to make sure we’re on the same page after that I’ll begin designing concepts for you to review. You’ll have two rounds of revisions to refine the designs to your satisfaction.

3. Once everything is finished and any revisions have been made, I'll send you a 'Proof Approval Form' that says we are ready to go. Then I will package up your project files and send them off with an accompanying guide sheet, or I will send to the printer. Since many of my clients' projects are multifaceted, I'm always happy to continue to work on additional needs as they come up, whether that's a website, lookbook design, or new print collateral.
